Becoming a member of the Costa Rica Indoor Club

I grew up as a member in Costa Rica’s Indoor Club(www.indoorclub.com). I loved the place, pretty nice and spent countless hours there. I called today to find out how much it costs to become a member. Oh my bloody jesus!
If you want to become a member
$4000 for becoming a member and $10000 for the entry fee
If you want to inherit your parents membership
$7000 if you they are under 60
I cannot stress how much these people are crazy!!!!!
Again, living in Costa Rica is extremely expensive. From electronics(50% to 60% tax) to cars(59% to 89%), social security(a lot of %) and many other items this country really does not make sense at all….
