How Netflix is preventing customers from running away

We all know Netflix is having a hard time keeping customers happy. So I guess they got very creative in how to retain customers. Look at this:

- I tried to cancel my subscription today

- And voila! I can’t! Nice way of keeping your customers paying month to month!

    Mae quiero desarrolar una aplicación para IOS, tipo vademecum tico, se que no me voy a volver millonario, pero estoy muy interesado, que opinas, no te interesa?, lo que necesito es el esqueleto para ir metiendo los datos y que luego sea entregárselo al desarrollador!!!
